Reports Overview

You can click the Salesforce Reports tab to go to the reports home page. If you're an existing Salesforce user, you may have some custom reports already. See the Salesforce Help for more information on using this feature.

To view the Customer Success Cloud Time Management reports, open the CSC: Time Management folder.
To view the Customer Success Cloud Resource Management reports, open the CSC: Resource Management folder.
To view the Customer Success Cloud Account Management reports, open the CSC: Account Management folder.
