The following new features have been introduced in the Spring 2026 release of Foundations.
If you are upgrading from a previous version, see Upgrading to Foundations Spring 2026. This provides a summary of the items that have been added for each feature and details of any required upgrade steps.
If you are upgrading from a version earlier than Winter 2026, check the documentation for previous releases for upgrade details.
Enhance Asynchronous Framework Tracker
We've updated the Asynchronous Framework Tracker to streamline monitoring of job groups and records. These enhancements focus on better data visibility and a more intuitive navigation experience when managing complex job or record hierarchies.
Customize Your Grid View
You now have more control over how you view and interact with your asynchronous jobs and records. To help you focus on the most relevant information, we've added several UI improvements:
- You can show or hide columns in the grid to tailor the display to your specific needs.
- Use the new Expand All and Collapse All buttons on the toolbar to instantly view or hide the entire job hierarchy, including nested records.
- When you close the details panel, the interface focus automatically returns to the grid, allowing you to continue your work without extra clicks.
- A loading indicator now appears in the detail panel to provide clear visual feedback while your data is being retrieved.
- To simplify navigation, checkboxes for multi-select have been disabled, ensuring absolute clarity on which group or record you currently have selected.
Monitor Job Status and Details
We've refined how job information is displayed and filtered to ensure your reporting is accurate and easy to search:
- The newest groups now appear at the top of the grid by default, so you always view the most recent activity first.
- For better accuracy, the Finished Date field for a group remains empty if any individual jobs or records within that group are still "In Progress."
- If an asynchronous job is stopped, the "Canceled" status now displays clearly in both the Status and Finalizer Status columns.
- When viewing a specific job or record, you can access the Async Job Group lookup field directly from the detail panel.
- Finding specific data is faster; you can copy information directly from any grid cell and paste it into the Search field to filter your list.
- In the filters panel, we've simplified the date and time fields by renaming them to From and To for a better search experience.
