Setting up Generative AI in Certinia Help

To complete the steps, you must be assigned the System Administrator profile and the Prompt Template Manager permission set.

  1. Contact Salesforce to activate one of the following add-on licenses:

    • Einstein for Platform
    • Einstein for Sales
    • Einstein for Services

      • These are standard Salesforce add-on licenses. For more information, see the Salesforce Help.

  2. Assign the Einstein Prompt Templates permission set license to the following users:

    • Administrators who must manage and execute prompt templates.
    • Users who need summaries to be generated by the prompt template.

      • This is a standard permission set license. For more information, see the Salesforce Help.

  3. Assign the Prompt Template Manager permission set to administrators who need to create and manage prompt templates.
  4. Assign the Prompt Template User permission set to the users who need summaries to be generated by the prompt template.
