Utilization Dataset PS Cloud Analytics Input Fields

The input fields are the foundation of every dataset in PS Cloud Analytics. These fields are imported from your org environment by the dataflow when you create the Analytics app, the data is then processed to populate your apps' datasets.

Base Object

This flow uses Utilization Detail as the central object to retrieve PS Cloud Analytics field information. It also uses lookups to other PS Cloud Analytics objects to complement the data necessary to generate the Utilization Dataset.

Utilization Calculation Detail

The main fields retrieved from the Utilization Calculation Detail object in PSA are as follows.

Scheduled Billable Hours	Populates the Scheduled Billable Hours field in the resulting dataset.
Scheduled Calendar Hours	Populates the Scheduled Calendar Hours field in the resulting dataset.
Scheduled Credited Hours	Populates the Scheduled Credited Hours field in the resulting dataset.
Scheduled End Date	Populates the Scheduled Utilization End Date field in the resulting dataset.
Scheduled Excluded Hours	Populates the Scheduled Excluded Hours field in the resulting dataset.
Scheduled Held Hours	Populates the Scheduled Held Hours field in the resulting dataset.
Scheduled Non-Billable Hours	Used in the calculation of the Scheduled Hours field in the resulting dataset.
Scheduled Start Date	Populates the Scheduled Utilization Start Date field in the resulting dataset.
Scheduled Utilization Target Hours	Populates the Scheduled Utilization Target Hours field in the resulting dataset.
Time Period ID	We use this field to look up the corresponding PSA object for the following fields Time Period
