Refreshing Analytics Data for Recognition Schedule Processes

To refresh all records within the Analytics dataset in your org:

1. Go to the Recognition Management page.
2. On the Actions panel, click Refresh Analytics Data. The Refresh Analytics Data window opens.
3. Click Refresh to confirm the action.

Note:

Only the user with a full Analytics License can perform the Refreshing Analytics Data for Recognition Schedule Processes action.
