The following new features have been introduced in the Spring 2026 release of Revenue Management.
If you are upgrading from a previous version, see Upgrading to Revenue Management Spring 2026. This provides a summary of the items that have been added for each feature and details of any required upgrade steps.
If you are upgrading from a version earlier than Winter 2026, check the documentation for previous releases for upgrade details.
Manage and Optimize Revenue Recognition
We have made the following enhancements to the Recognition Management Page:
Monitor Total Recognizable Cost
We've added the Total Recognizable Cost column to the grid on the Recognition Management page. This column displays the specific cost amount eligible for recognition, providing immediate visibility into the financial impact. With this column added, you can now validate cost totals directly within the grid to ensure accuracy and data integrity before finalizing recognition actions.
For more information, see the Recognition Management Page.
Deprecated Analytics Dashboard ID
We have deprecated the Analytics dashboard ID property required to embed the dashboard. You can now directly find the dashboard on the Recognition Management page.
For more information, see Setting up Recognition Management.
Manage Custom Data Views
You can now manage your dashboard by using the new drop-down menu to load, save, or clear filtered views instantly. This menu appears automatically whenever you apply any filters to the dashboard. This dashboard also includes buttons to perform the following tasks:
- Return to your original view.
- Access the Analytics Studio directly.
- Customize your display with different color themes to improve data visualization.
For more information, see the Recognition Management Page
Manual Refresh for Analytics Data Records
We have added the Refresh Analytics Data action under the Actions panel on the Recognition Management page, so you can refresh all records within the Analytics dataset.
Manual refreshing requires full Analytics permissions. If you do not have access, contact your administrator to schedule an automatic update.
We recommend refreshing only after recognition schedules have been synchronized. If you are setting up a scheduled refresh in Connections, ensure the scheduled refresh follows the synchronization process.
It may take some time if there are many objects and records in the connection.

Complete Recognition Management with the Missing Functionalities from Old UIs
To help you manage recognition records more effectively, we’ve implemented the following UI improvements and automation tools:
View Applied Recognition Templates
A new Recognition Template column has been added to the recognition summary grid on the Recognition Management page to provide you with immediate visibility into the specific template applied to each record. This column has clickable hyperlinks so that you can directly navigate to the corresponding template details.
For more information, see Recognition Schedule Fields
Streamline Administrative Workflows
We have added an Actions panel to the Recognition Management page to streamline administrative workflows and centralize key management tasks. We also moved the Create App button from the top header to this sidebar for better accessibility. The new Actions panel enables you to run the following processes directly from the grid:
- Automate Processes
- Create Recognition Management App
- Deferred Revenue True-up All
- Generate Revenue Contracts for All Engagements
-
Refresh Analytics Data
- Synchronize Recognition Schedules
For more information, see Recognition Management Page.
Navigate Through Record Hyperlinks
You can now click directly on the hyperlinks within the Account and Source Record columns of the recognition summary grid. This allows for seamless navigation to the detailed record pages, enabling quicker data verification and deeper insights into specific entries.
For more information, see Recognition Management Page.
Filter by Record Status
A new Status filter for the recognition summary grid has been added. This filter allows you to narrow down the results to specific record states, providing greater control over the displayed data and enabling more efficient management of your recognition tasks.
For more information, see Recognition Management Page.
Populate Opening Balances on Recognition Transaction Lines
When recognizing revenue and cost against recognition schedules, the recognition transactions now automatically populate the Revenue Opening Balance and Cost Opening Balance fields within the recognition transaction lines. This includes accurate values for both home and dual currencies. These fields will only remain empty if there is no opening balance for the selected period, providing a clear and reliable audit trail.
For more information, see Recognition Transaction Fields.
