Deactivating an Adjustment to a Forecast

You can deactivate an adjustment to delete it from the forecast. This can be useful if the adjustment doesn't have an expiration date or if it becomes obsolete before the expiration date.

To deactivate an adjustment:

  1. Open the forecast that contains the adjustment you want to deactivate.
  2. Right-click the cell that contains the adjustment you want to deactivate.
  3. Click Deactivate Adjustment. The adjustment is deactivated and the original value of the cell displays.
  4. In the forecast toolbar, click Save.
Note:

If you deactivate an adjustment that has an opposite adjustment, the opposite adjustment is not automatically deactivated. You must manually deactivate the opposite adjustment.
