Embedding the Forecast on the Practice and Region Record Pages

You must manually embed the WorkGrid Embedded Plan Lightning component on the Practice or the Region Lightning record page to display the related forecast.

To embed the WorkGrid Embedded Plan component on the Practice or Region record page:

  1. Ensure that you have read access for the Practice or Region field on the Plan object. For more information about field-level security, see the Salesforce Help.
  2. Using the Lightning App Builder, edit the Lightning page for the Practice or Region object to which you want to add the component. For more information about Lightning App Builder, see the Salesforce Help.
  3. Create a new tab called Forecast.
  4. From the list of available components, drag the WorkGrid Embedded Plan component and drop it into the new Forecast tab.
  5. In the Lightning component properties, under Relationship field, select "Practice" or "Region".
  6. Leave the remaining properties empty.
  7. Save the changes to the page.
