Copying Existing Timecards to the Current Week in the Time Entry Grid

You can use the Time Entry Grid to copy existing timecards to the current week.

To do this:

1. Click Copy Timecards.
2. Select the start date of the week you want to copy timecards from.
3. [Optional] In the fields section, select the Hours field to copy the hours to the current week.
4. Click Copy.

Notes:

• When selecting a start date, regardless of the day of the week you select, the populated date will default to the start date of the week of the resources' set work week start day and timecards are copied from the whole week that the selected date is in. For example, if Monday is selected as your work week start day, selecting Wednesday as the start date copies timecards from the Monday prior for the duration of the week and the Week Start Date field automatically reflects the date of the start of the week.
• The hours are not copied if copying them will cause the timecard to exceed 24 hours in a given day.
