RAID Tracker Lightning Component Fields

The RAID Tracker Lightning component includes the following:

Fields

Fields on RAID Tracker
Field Description Default
Search This is a global search for RAID Records' visible fields except the date on the RAID Grid. When you start typing characters, the search happens on all the records fields loaded into the RAID Tracker and narrows down the search results as you type.  

RAID Tracker Grid Fields

Fields on RAID Tracker Grid
Field Label Description
Date Closed The date that the RAID record was closed.
Date Raised The date that the RAID record was raised.
Impact The impact of the RAID record. Values are 1 to 5. 1 is the lowest impact and 5 is the highest.
Likelihood The likelihood of RAID record to occur in the project.
Milestone The milestone relating to the RAID record.
Name The name of the RAID record.
Owner The resource assigned as the RAID record owner.
Priority The priority of the RAID record. Values are 1 to 5. 1 is the lowest impact and 5 is the highest.
Project

The project associated with the record.

Note:

This field is only available for RAID Tracker in Project Management Workspace and Experience Cloud Sites.

RAID Type Displays the type of RAID record in the grid.
Reference Number The reference number that is associated with the RAID record.
Severity The severity of the associated RAID record.
Status The status of the RAID record.
Note:

RAID Type is an identifier field on the RAID Tracker Grid used to distinguish between RAID objects. It is unrelated to any custom object.

Buttons

Buttons on RAID Tracker
Button Description
Reload

Reloads the data. This is useful if, for instance, RAID records are created, updated, or deleted after you load the project record page.

Note:

Sorting on any RAID Summary Grid field remains intact when the RAID Tracker is reloaded.

Expand Expands the RAID Tracker to full view. Click Contract to return it to its original view.
Record Details Display details of the selected RAID record on the Record Details panel.
Filters Opens filter panel to apply filters on RAID Tracker.
Change View Change the view of the RAID Tracker Grid based on the different RAID objects.
Add RAID Record Adds a new record to the RAID Tracker. In the RAID view, this opens a dropdown menu to select a record type. In a specific RAID view, it creates a record for that specific object.
Save

Saves the changes from inline editing on RAID Tracker.
