Scheduling Skill Suggestion Notifications for Resources

To schedule notifications for new skill or skill rating suggestions to be sent to resources automatically:

1. On the PSA Administration page, click Schedule Skill Suggestion Notifications for Resources in the Scheduled Actions section. The Schedule Skill Suggestion Notification for Resources window opens.

2. Select one of the following:

   1. New Skill Suggestions: Schedule notifications for new skill suggestions.
   2. Skill Rating Suggestions: Schedule notifications for skill rating suggestions.
3. Click Next.
4. In the Frequency field, select "Monthly" or "Quarterly".
5. In the Schedule Start Time field, select or enter a time. If you schedule notifications for new skills and skill rating suggestions, ensure the time is different to avoid reaching the notification limit.
6. In the Monthly Method field, select a notification method. If you schedule notifications for both new skills and skill rating suggestions, ensure the day is different to avoid reaching the notification limit. For more information, see Scheduling Resource Skill Suggestion Notifications Fields.
7. Click Schedule.

You can view the details of the job in Setup | Scheduled Jobs. Once the job is running, you can view it from the Asynchronous Framework Tracker page.
