Deleting Utilization Results

You can delete utilization result records that you no longer require to free up storage space. The updated multi-step wizard allows you to target records safely by a specific date range or by individual utilization runs.

To delete old utilization result records:

  1. Navigate to PSA Administration | Utilization and click the Delete Utilization Results link.
  2. In the Delete Utilization Results window, select one of the following options, then click Next:

    1. Date Range: Select this option to remove all records within a specific timeframe.
    2. Utilization Runs: Select this option to target records associated with specific calculation runs.

Deleting Utilization Result Records According to Date Range

To delete utilization result records according to date range:

  1. Navigate to PSA Administration | Utilization and click the Delete Utilization Results link.
  2. In the Delete Utilization Results window, select Date Range, then click Next.
  3. Enter the Start Date and End Date for the period you want to clear.
  4. Click Delete.

Deleting Utilization Result Records According to Utilization Runs

To delete utilization result records according to utilization runs:

  1. Navigate to PSA Administration | Utilization and click the Delete Utilization Results link.
  2. In the Delete Utilization Results window, select Utilization Runs, then click Next.
  3. Review the generated list of utilization runs. The grid automatically loads large volumes of records using lazy loading as you scroll.
  4. [Optional] Use the search bar at the top of the grid to search for specific items, or click the column headers to sort the data.
  5. Select the checkboxes next to the utilization runs you want to remove.

    1. To review your choices, toggle the Show Selected link to isolate only your marked items.
    2. To display the full list again, click Show All.
  6. Click Delete.
