Refreshing Analytics Data for Recognition Schedule Processes

To refresh all records within the Analytics dataset in your org:

Go to the Recognition Management page.
Click Refresh Analytics Data. The Refresh Analytics Data window opens.
Click Refresh to confirm the action.

Note:

Only the user with a full Analytics License can perform the Refreshing Analytics Data for Recognition Schedule Processes action.
