If you have read and write access to a forecast, you can resolve a comment thread to mark it as complete. You can only do this if the cell contains a value. This might be useful if the comments have already been addressed and are no longer relevant. When a thread is resolved, you must reopen it to add new comments to it.
To resolve a thread:
- Open the forecast that contains the comment thread you want to resolve.
- Right-click the cell that contains the thread you want to resolve.
- In the header above the comments, click .
- Click Resolve. The thread is marked as resolved.
- In the forecast toolbar, click Save. The changes to the thread are saved, along with any other changes to the forecast.
