Enabling Services Forecasting Summer 2026 Upgrade

This Feature Console page provides a streamlined way of upgrading Services Forecasting from May 2026 to Summer 2026.

Work through the steps in the order shown:

  • For each automatic step, click Perform. When the step has completed, the Status changes from "Not Done" to "Done".
  • When you have completed all the steps, use the Status slider in the Feature section to enable the feature.
Note:

Existing plans created from previous versions of plan templates won't be updated when you enable this Feature Console.

Update the Practice Forecast, Region Forecast, and Group Forecast templates. Add the following KPI summary cards:

  • Expected Total Revenue (EAC)
  • Expected Total Cost (EAC)
  • Expected Total Margin (%)

2 Automatic Remove the Advanced Update Plans from Analytics feature permission from the Project Manager and Services Leader feature access rules. When you upgrade WorkGrid to Summer 2026, the new Advanced Update Plans from Analytics feature is automatically enabled for the existing Project Manager and Services Leader feature access rules. This disables it.
