You can configure the design of your report using a range of formatting options.
These options can be applied from individual report configuration tabs, or from the report layout after you have specified your configuration options.

These formatting options, when applied to sections and row formulas, control the appearance of the data displayed in each row. To enable formatting, click each row and apply your required formatting with the formatting toolbar. You can select a row to see any formatting applied to it.
Formatting Toolbar
The following formatting options are available from the formatting toolbar, depending on the tab in which it is displayed.

Font
The font family applied. The following options are available:
"Arial" - this is the default.
"Calibri"
"Cambria"
"Helvetica"
"Times" - this is Times New Roman.
Size
The font size applied. The following options are available:
"6"
"8"
"10" - this is the default for table cells, including lens sections, subtotal rows, and measure columns.
"12" - this is the default for comments.
"14"
"16" - this is the default for table names.
"18"
When selected, applies bold formatting to the text.
When selected, applies italic formatting to the text.
The color applied to the text.
The color applied to the background.
The line spacing applied to the text. This determines the height of the row in the table. The following options are available:
"Single" - this is the default.
"1.5 times"
"Double"
The horizontal alignment of the numeric value. The following options are available:
"Left"
"Center"
"Right" - this is the default.
Underline
The type and the color of the horizontal line applied below the text. The following line types are available:
"None" - this is the default.
"Single"
"Double"
"Single Bold"
"Double Bold"
Overline
The type and the color of the horizontal line applied above the text. The following line types are available:
"None" - this is the default.
"Single"
"Double"
"Single Bold"
"Double Bold"
Percentage
Applies the percentage symbol to a calculation and displays up to five decimal places. The default value is "None". This means that the calculation result is not a percentage.
When selected, the grouping dimension values are repeated for each row in the group. When deselected, the grouping dimension value is only displayed in the first row of the group.
When selected, positive values are displayed as negative and negative values are displayed as positive.
When selected, the subtotal row is hidden if the grouping contains only one row. The remaining row uses the subtotal's formatting and custom label. This ensures that the row displays as its own subtotal instead of as a standard row, making it easier to identify.
When selected, the subtotal row is displayed at the top of each group instead of at the bottom.
When selected, the measure column is excluded from subtotals.
Resizing Table Height
You can resize your table's height by dragging it upwards to reduce its height, or downwards to increase it. To do so, navigate to the bottom right of your table, and drag the table to your preferred height.
Ordering Reports
To order your reports within your board pack, you can drag and drop each report into your required position on the mapping window.
Report Comments
