Recalculating Backlog

If you have already calculated the backlogRevenue that is expected from projects over a period of time for a region, practice or group. on a regionA level of hierarchy used in PSA to which other objects belong such as resources, opportunities and projects., practiceA level of hierarchy used in PSA to which other objects belong such as resources, opportunities and projects. or groupA level of hierarchy used in PSA to which other objects belong such as resources, opportunities and projects. (RPG), but want to recalculate it:

1. Click the Backlog Calculations tab, or select the RPG for which you want to recalculate backlog.
2. Click the Backlog Calculation Name of the backlog calculation that you want to recalculate. If the calculation that you want is not displayed on the Backlog Calculations page, search for it.
3. Click Calculate Backlog to display the Calculate Backlog page; values for all fields in the "Information" section are the same as on the original backlog calculation.
4. Make any changes you want on the Calculate Backlog page. See "Backlog Calculation Fields".
5. If you want to recalculate the backlog now, click Calculate. If you want to schedule the calculation, click Schedule.
