Creating a PSA Currency

If your administrator has configured PSA to use the currencies on the Currencies tab, you can add a new currency, set it as the corporate currency for your org and add exchange rates for that currency.

Adding a Currency

To add a PSA currency:

1. Click the Currencies tab.
2. Click New.
3. Complete the fields described in "Currency Fields".
4. If you want to set the currency as your corporate currency, select the Is Corporate Currency checkbox.
5. Click Save.

Adding Exchange Rates

To add an exchange rate to an existing PSA currency:

1. Click the Currencies tab.
2. Locate the currency to which you want to add an exchange rate. If the currency is not listed, you can search for it.
3. Click the currency name.
4. Click New.
5. Click New Currency Exchange Rate.
6. Complete the fields described in "Currency Fields".
7. Click Save.
