Access to a Salesforce org with FinancialForcePSAWinter '13 or later installed, licensed and fully configured.
An iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad running iOS 4 or above or an Android phone with Android version 4.x.
Users with an iPhone must download the app from iTunes. Users with an Android phone, must download the app from Google play
Setting up your Organization for the PSA Mobile Expenses app
To use the PSA Mobile Expenses app, do the following on your PSA organization:
Select the IsResource and IsResourceActive checkboxes on the Contact record of each user who is to use the PSA Mobile Expenses app. See"Resource Fields" for more information.
Select the Track Field History checkbox on the Expense and Expense Report custom objects. For further information about this option, see the Salesforce Help.
Ensure that the Session Timeout on your Salesforce organization is set to an appropriate value. See the "Setting Session Security" topic in the Salesforce Help for further information.
To install the PSA Mobile Expenses app, we recommend that you uninstall previous versions of the App before installing this version. When you uninstall version 2 of the PSA Mobile Expenses app, all data associated with the app is deleted from your phone.
