Adding Project Tasks from a Template

To add project tasks from a projectA collection of activities and related items to be managed over a defined time range, such as timecards, expenses, milestones and budgets. template:

1. On the project's Project Tasks related list, click Add Project Tasks From Template.
2. On the Select Project Template page, select a project template to copy tasks from and click Select. The Add Project Tasks page is displayed. If no project tasks are displayed, click Select Different Template and select a template that contains project tasks.
3. On the Add Project Tasks page, optionally, select the Top Level Task Start Date to filter the tasks displayed.
4. Click Add Tasks to add all the project tasks from the template to the current project. Existing hierarchy and project task dependencies will be retained.
