Copying Resource Requests from a Project Template

To copy resource requests from a projectA collection of activities and related items to be managed over a defined time range, such as timecards, expenses, milestones and budgets. template:

1. Click Add Resource Requests from Template on the Resource Requests related list of the opportunity or project detail page that you are requesting resources for.
2. Select a project template to copy resources from.
3. Click Select.
4. If resource requests are available on the selected project, they are listed in the Resource Request Mappings section. Ensure that the resource requests you want to copy are selected and the ones you do not want to copy are deselected. If no resource requests are available on that template, click Back to Templates to select another template.
5. [Optional] Change the editable values on the selected resource requestA means of asking for resources for a project or an opportunity. to the values that you want. See "Copy Resource Requests from Project Templates Fields".
6. Click Add to Opportunity or Add to Project, depending on whether you are adding the resource requests to a project or an opportunity.
