Viewing Unfilled Resource Requests

You can view all unfilled resource requestsA resource request to which a resource has not yet been assigned. Includes resource requests with a status of Draft, Ready to Staff, Tentative, Held and Cancelled. on a project and, depending on project requirements, choose some to delete. You can also view financial information on assignments and a project-level summary of the overall financial impact of requested and scheduled hours on the project. You could use this information to prepare a Statement of Works and as a basis for understanding your project margin.

The page appears at the end of the process of generating resource requests from project tasks, but you can also view it from any project detail page.

To view unfilled resource requests:

1. Navigate to a project detail page.
2. Click View Unfilled Resource Requests directly or, on the Resource Requests related list, click View Unfilled Resource Requests.
3. View the fields described in "Unfilled Resource Requests Fields".
4. If you want to delete any resource requests, select them and click Delete.
5. Click Return to Project Detail.

Notes

You can only delete unfilled resource requests if you have been granted the Resource Request Entry permission control for the parent project.
