Milestone Settings

You can control milestone behavior using the Milestone configuration group. Use these settings to manage milestone behavior.

Field	Description
default timecard bill rate from milestone	Indicates whether milestone driven bill rates can be copied to timecards when the Apply Default Bill Rate to Timecard option is selected on the Milestone fields.
milestone cost data editable after billing	Indicates whether users can edit the Milestone Cost and Log Milestone Cost As External fields after a milestone has been marked as billed or invoiced.
update-approver-on-edit	Indicates whether the Approver field on a milestone is updated when a user edits it. This configuration option is dependent on the AssignProjectManagerToMilestoneApprover configuration option in the ASM TriggersAutomated Services Manager Triggers. ASM triggers execute certain behavior in PSA. ASM triggers are controlled by the fields in the Triggers custom setting and the configuration options in the ASM configuration group. configuration group.
