Processing Transaction Deltas
To process queued transactions immediately, click Process Now.
To schedule when queued actuals are processed use the Apex class ActualsScheduled:
- Click Your Name | Setup | Develop | Apex Classes | Schedule Apex.
- Enter a job name, such as Nightly Actuals Processing.
- Specify the Apex Class name: ActualsScheduled.
- Specify the Frequency: Weekly.
- Select each day that you want the job to run on.
- Specify a Start Date of today, and an End Date in the future.
- Specify a Preferred Start Time. We recommend that you set this to a time outside of business hours.
- Click Save.
To check whether a job is scheduled and whether it has run, click Your Name | Administration Setup | Monitoring | Scheduled Jobs.
