Overriding the RPG on a Timecard or Timecard Split

There are two ways in which you can override RPGs on Timecards:

• Override Revenue RPGs — affects the three revenue transactions for each underlying timecard split
• Override Cost RPGs — affects the cost transaction for each underlying timecard split.

To apply the override:

1. Click Admin Edit on the timecard.
2. Select the Admin Global Edit checkbox.
3. Complete the Override fields on the Timecard. See "Timecard Fields".
4. Enter some audit notes in the Override RPG Audit Notes field.
5. Click Save.

Notes

Do not edit a timecard split, except for billing data purposes. Edit the timecard header and changes will flow to the related timecard splits.
You cannot override the RPG for the time transaction, as this would cause discrepancies in utilization calculations.
