Skills Entry Settings

The Skills Entry configuration group controls how skills are entered and updated:

Option	Description
MaxSearchResults	Maximum number of resource records to be returned in the Other search field in the Skills and Certifications Matrix. The default value is 20. Note Values greater than 1000 are not supported.

Skills Capacity Settings

The Skills Capacity configuration group contains the preferences and thresholds for the Skills Capacity Matrix:

Option	Description
AlertLowNumberWithSkillPercent	Percentage at or below which an alert icon is displayed in the Skills Capacity Matrix for a Skill or Certification. The percentage is calculated using this formula: number of resources with skill / open resource requests.
AlertLowHighValue	When the number of resources containing a high skill value for a skill or certification reaches or falls below this number, the skill or certification is flagged with an alert icon.
AlertLowAverageValue	When the number of resources containing an average skill value for a skill or certification reaches or falls below this number, the skill or certification is flagged with an alert icon.
