Transaction Follow Rules Settings

You can override the region, practice or group that a transaction rolls up to on a business record using the configuration options in the Transaction Follow Rules configuration group.

Field	Description
Group_Tx_Time_Follows	Indicates whether time transactions are attached to the group of the business record's resource or the project.
Group_Tx_Revenue_Follows	Indicates whether non-expense revenue transactions are attached to the group of the business record's resource or the project.
Group_Tx_Expense_Follows	Indicates whether revenue and cost transactions are attached to the group of the business record's resource or the project.
Group_Tx_Cost_Follows	Indicates whether non-expense cost transactions are attached to the group of the business record's resource or the project.
Region_Tx_Time_Follows	Indicates whether time transactions are attached to the region of the business record's resource or the project.
Region_Tx_Revenue_Follows	Indicates whether non-expense revenue transactions are attached to the region of the business record's resource or the project.
Region_Tx_Expense_Follows	Indicates whether revenue and cost transactions are attached to the region of the business record's resource or the project.
Region_Tx_Cost_Follows	Indicates whether non-expense cost transactions are attached to the region of the business record's resource or the project.
Practice_Tx_Time_Follows	Indicates whether time transactions are attached to the practice of the business record's resource or the project.
Practice_Tx_Revenue_Follows	Indicates whether non-expense revenue transactions are attached to the practice of the business record's resource or the project.
Practice_Tx_Expense_Follows	Indicates whether revenue and cost transactions are attached to the practice of the business record's resource or the project.
Practice_Tx_Cost_Follows	Indicates whether non-expense cost transactions are attached to the practice of the business record's resource or the project.
