Assigning Resources to a Project Task

To assign a resourceA contact that works on a project. to a project taskA unit of work or collection of work associated with a project.:

1. Display the Project Task Detail page for the task to which you want to assign resources.
2. Click New Project Task Assignment.
3. Enter a PSA resource name, or an external resource name.
4. Click Save.

You cannot assign a resources to a parent summary project task.
