PSA - Enter Time Against Milestones

API Name: PSAEnterTimeAgainstMilestones

Create, view, and delete timecards entered against milestones from the Time Entry UI or PSA Time Entry Lightning component. Users must also be assigned the Enter Time Against Projects and Assignments permission set.
