Sending Mass Email to a Group of Accounts

To send an email message, such as reminder letters or debtor statements, to a group of accounts:

  1. Click the Mass Email tab.
  2. Select a selection definitionStores predefined source objects/fields and filter conditions for use in the desktop apps and when sending email messages such as remittances and reminder letters to a group of accounts.. This must be one created for this purpose and must reference one of the following master objects: sales invoice, payment media summary or transaction.
  3. Select an email templateA form email that communicates a standard message, such as a reminder letter or remittance. Email templates are a standard Salesforce CRM feature..
  4. If you are sending debtor statements, select the Group by Account checkbox.
  5. Click Send to send the email messages to the selected accounts.

You are notified of the success or failure of this operation.
