Deleting Billing Documents

Depending on the Allow Deletion of Draft Billing Document checkbox in the Billing Central Settings custom setting, you can delete draft billing documeTo delete a draft billing document:Do one of the following:Click Delete on the Billing Document Detail page of the draft billing document you want to delete.Click Del next to the draft billing document you want to delete in the Billing Document list view.Click OK.nts. Tip:

If deletion of draft billing documents is not allowed, you can discard them instead. See Discarding Billing Documents.

To delete a draft billing document using the enhanced Billing Document Detail page:

Click Delete on the detail page of the draft billing document you want to delete.
Click Delete.

Salesforce

To delete a draft billing document:

Do one of the following:
- Click Delete on the Billing Document Detail page of the draft billing document you want to delete.
- Click Del next to the draft billing document you want to delete in the Billing Document list view.
Click OK.

Note:

If the billing document is complete, you cannot delete it or discard it.

Deleting Billing Document Lines

To delete a billing document line item on the enhanced Billing Document Detail page, click the remove icon Cross icon next to the product or plan you want to remove.

Salesforce

To delete a billing document line item:

Click Del next to the billing document line you want to delete in the Billing Document Line Items related list of the Billing Document Detail page.
Click OK.
