When you view or edit a plan, the Salesforce or enhanced Plan Detail page is displayed. Some features of Billing Central are not yet available in the enhanced Detail pages. To access these features, you must use the Salesforce version of the page. See Switching between Enhanced and Salesforce Detail Pages and Setting up Default Detail Pages.

What is a Plan?

In FinancialForce Billing Central, a plan contains the products and price plans from which you can create contracts. You can combine products and services with specific prices.

As a sales manager, you can create and edit plans.

As a sales consultant, you can create a contract from a plan.

Plans can be added to contracts and opportunities.
