Viewing Journal Lists

The journals list page displays a list of journals in your current company and view. From this page, you can view detailed journal information and access other related information.

You cannot delete a saved journal. You must discard it. See Discarding Journals for more information.

Click a journal number to view the journal detail.
Click Edit next to a journal number to edit the journal.
Choose a predefined view from the drop-down list to select the records to display. Alternatively, you can select Create New View to define your own list view.
Click Printable View to display the current list view in a format that is ready for printing.
Click New Journal to create a new journal. See Creating a Standard Journal for more information.
Click any column heading to sort the records using that column’s data.
