Concur - PSA and Expense Report Value Mappings Foundations Configuration Item Fields

Here is a description of the Foundations configuration item fields used by the Integration Hub Connector: Concur - PSA to define expense and report value mappings. For more information, see Adding Concur Custom Fields to the Concur - PSA Configuration Lightning Page.

Note:

Foundations configuration items are used in various processes across the FinancialForce product suite. For a complete list of fields and descriptions, see Foundations Configuration Item Custom Metadata Type Fields.

Field	Description
Label	Label of the Foundations configuration item metadata type record.
Foundations Configuration Item Name	Unique name of the Foundations configuration item metadata type record. When creating a new record, you can append the version to make the value unique, for example, IHC_Custom_Concur_PSA_Expense_Mappings.
Process	Name of the process that this Foundations configuration item relates to. Warning: This must be set to CustomConcurFields or Identifier. Otherwise, the record is not used by the connector.
Small Data	Defines the mappings record. Not used by the connector. We recommend that you leave it blank.
Large Data	JSON structure that defines the value mappings for Concur custom fields. For example, ConcurExpense1, Expense2, Reports3 , and so on.
Object	Not used by the connector. Leave as "None".
Field	Not used by the connector. Leave as "None".
Identifier	Identifier of this record. Warning: This must be set to reports or expenses, depending on the item that you create. Otherwise, the record is not used by the connector.
Enabled	Indicates that the record is enabled. This must be selected.
