Creating an Estimates versus Actuals Comparison

You can manually create a new estimates versus actuals Comparison of scheduled hours (estimates) and actual hours entered on timecards. (EVA)comparison:

1. Display the contact page for the resource A contact that works on a project. to which you want to create an Estimates Versus Actuals comparison for.
2. Click New Est Vs Actuals on the Est vs Actuals related list.
3. Complete the fields as described in Estimates Versus Actuals Fields.
4. Click Save.

Warning:

We do not recommend creating EVAs manually because PSA does not update manually created records automatically.
