Est Vs Actuals Settings

The Est Vs Actuals custom settings control the behavior of estimated versus actual records.

Note:

Due to Salesforce restrictions on queries, do not configure project actuals roll ups for weeks. Select the configuration option Project Rollup Types (in the Actuals Types group) and make sure there is no entry for type Week.

Generate Monthly Records	Determines whether Est Vs Actuals records are generated by month.	Unchecked

Generate Weekly Records	Determines whether Est Vs Actuals record are generated by week.	Checked
Process Out Of Range Timecards	Determines whether Est Vs Actuals records are created for timecards that have hours outside of the assignment's start and end date. The Est Vs Actuals records have zero values for estimates on these records.	Unchecked
Timecard Statuses	A comma-delimited list of Timecard Status field values used to determine whether a timecard should be used in the calculation of Estimates vs Actuals. For instance, if you want timecards with a status of Saved to be included in the calculation, add Saved to the comma-delimited list.	Submitted,Approved

Update Project Manager From Project	Updates to the Project Manager field reflect in the Est Vs Actuals records for that project.	Checked
