PSA Overview Dashboard

The PS Cloud Analytics PSA Overview dashboard components display a summary of your key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as complementary graphs that enable you to visualize your business trends. You can navigate to the KPI specific dashboard to view further details by clicking the View Details button or the title for any of the components.

This dashboard is created as part of the PS Cloud Advanced Analytics app.

Note: Depending on your optional data selections when creating your active PS Cloud Analytics Setup record, the PSA Overview dashboard displays data from the Backlog and or Revenue Forecast datasets. This is reflected in the charts displayed in the dashboard. For more information, see Creating an App from the PS Cloud Core Analytics Template.

The PSA Overview dashboard contains the following components:

Description

Bill Rate S

Includes the average actual bill rate KPI and its complementary graph enabling you to view the average actual and scheduled billings for the current fiscal quarter.

Billings S Includes the KPIs for the actual and scheduled billings, as well as a complementary graph displaying a comparison of the sum of actual and scheduled billings for the current fiscal quarter.
Backlog O Includes the backlog billings KPI and its complementary graph enabling you to view the sum of backlog amount grouped by the first level of region hierarchy for the current fiscal quarter.
Total Utilization S

Includes the total utilization (historical + scheduled) KPI and its complementary graph displaying the actual and scheduled utilization for the current fiscal quarter.

Capacity S Includes the capacity hours percentage KPI and its complementary graph displaying the sum of the remaining capacity hours or percentages for the current fiscal quarter.
Revenue Forecasting O Includes the total, actual, and forecasted revenue KPIs for the current fiscal quarter. The complementary graph displays the total revenue which is the sum of the actual and forecasted revenue. The forecasted revenue includes scheduled and unscheduled revenue.
