| Title | Unique name of the budget version. | |
| Total Income | The total income amount of the budget version. | |
| Total Expense | The total expense amount of the budget version. | |
| Total Margin | The total margin amount of the budget version. | |
| Currency | The chosen budget currency which comes from either the company or the corporate currency. The currency is not shown for single currency budgets. | |
| Start Date | The date when the budget version started. | |
| End Date | The date when the budget version ended. | |
| Status | Indicates the status of the budget version. | |
| Description | Description of the budget version. | |
| Source | The source of the budget version. It is linked by budget number. | |
| Created By | Indicates the creator of the budget version. | |
| Share | Shares the budget version. | |
| Save | Saves the budget version. | |
| Recalculate Budget Version | Applies a calculation rule. | |
| Create Budget Version | Creates a budget version. | |
| Scenario | Indicates whether budget version scenario is best case, worst case, or expected. | |
| Update Exchange Rate | Updates the exchange rate of the budget version. |
