Task Management
Task Management is one of the components available on a related content pane. Task Management can help you manage the various standard Salesforce tasks associated with credit control.
You can access Task Management from the Action Views tab and see tasks in the following views:
- Month view
- Day view
- Task view
In Task Management you can:
- View tasks.
- Prioritize tasks.
You can also:
- Change the task status.
- Assign tasks to another team member.
- Add a new team member to the team.
- Change the due date of the task and reassign the task to different user.
You can add and configure the Task Management component when you create your related content pane. For more information see Creating a Related Content Pane.
You can run the Task Management component when you have configured an appropriate action view. For more information see About Action Views.
