Using the Engagement Overview Dashboard

You can access the Engagement Overview dashboard from the page header of an engagement record.

This dashboard enables you to view the main KPIs for an engagement at a high level. It includes the following information:

  • Identify the total revenue and invoiced amounts from all revenue streams that contribute to the engagement.
  • Identify the total cost amount of the projects and sales orders included in the engagement.
  • Identify the number of active projects related to the engagement.
  • Identify the number of projects at risk related to the engagement, if any. These are projects that have the Project Status field set to "Red".
  • Identify the number of active billing contracts related to the engagement.
  • Identify the annual recurring revenue across all active billing contracts related to the engagement.
  • Identify the number of sales orders related to the engagement.
  • Identify the number of open sales orders related to the engagement. These are sales orders that have the Shipment Status field set to "Open".

Currencies

If your org is configured to support multiple currencies, all the values in this dashboard are displayed in the currency of the engagement record. If the dashboard contains data for multiple engagements, the values are displayed in the corporate currency. This might happen, for example, if you are viewing the dashboard from Analytics Studio or a workspace.
