Engagement Analytics Licensing

The following user licenses are required for Engagement Analytics.

Required User Licenses for Engagement Analytics
Users Licenses Description
Integration User Billing Central

Enables access to Billing Central objects and fields.

Note:

Only required if you use Billing Central with the engagement functionality and want to include billing contracts in Engagement Analytics.
Business Analytics Enables access to existing Financial Analytics and PS Cloud Core Analytics datasets used to create the Engagement Analytics app.
PSA

Enables access to PSA objects and fields.

Note:

Only required if you use PSA with the engagement functionality and want to include projects in Engagement Analytics.
Revenue Management

Enables access to Revenue Management objects and fields.

Note:

Only required if you want to include revenue recognized and cost amortized amounts, and to create the Deferred Revenue Reporting dashboard.
Order and Inventory Management

Enables access to Order and Inventory Management objects and fields.

Note:

Only required if you use Order and Inventory Management with the strategic spend functionality.
Admin User Business Analytics Enables the user to create apps from the Engagement Analytics template.
View User Business Analytics Enables view access to the dataset and dashboards created with the Engagement Analytics app.
Embedded Dashboard User Business Analytics Enables view access to the Engagement Analytics dashboards embedded in the Engagement record page.
