Financial Report Fields

Here is a description of the fields on the Financial Report object.

The Financial Report object stores details of customized reports created using Financial Report Builder.

Financial Report Fields
Field Description
Currency ISO Code

The currency set for the report. The following currencies are supported:

  • Australian Dollar
  • British Pound
  • Canadian Dollar
  • Danish Krone
  • Euro
  • Japanese Yen
  • Mexican Peso
  • New Zealand Dollar
  • Norwegian Krone
  • Singapore Dollar
  • Swiss Franc
  • U.S. Dollar
Group Indicates the grouping under which the report can be filtered using a list view.
Description The description of the report.
Filter Configuration 1 The filter configuration added to your report.

Number of Filter Configurations

Indicates the number of filter configurations that can be applied to the report. The maximum number is five.

This picklist depends on the Report Type picklist. For more information, see Number of Filter Configurations.
Report Type Indicates the type of report. For more information, see Financial Report Types.
Show Soft Date Filter Configuration If selected, displays the soft date filter configuration applied to the report.
Soft Date Filter Configuration The soft date filter configuration added to your report.
Table Configuration 1 The table configuration added to your report.

Number of Table Configurations

Indicates the number of table configurations that can be applied to the report. The maximum number is three.

This picklist depends on the Report Type picklist. For more information, see Number of Table Configurations.
Show Current Period Date Override If selected, displays the current period date override applied to the report.
Last Viewed Date The name of the report.

Financial Report Types

The Report Type picklist field uses the Financial Report Type global picklist value set. If you upgrade from an older version of Foundations, new picklist values are not automatically added to the picklist value set or the field. You must manually ensure that the picklist value set is up to date. The table below provides more information about the values in the set. Number of Table Configurations

The Number of Table Configurations picklist is dependent on the Report Type picklist. If you upgrade from an older version of Foundations, the Number of Table Configurations picklist is not defined for new Report Type picklist values. You must manually ensure that the values are properly set up. The table below provides more information about the correct dependencies. For more information about editing dependent picklists, see the Salesforce Help.
