Verifying Updates

When viewing rates from the Exchange Rates tab, the effective date of a rate is only updated if the imported rate is different to the existing rate in Foundations. If the imported rate is the same, Foundations displays the first date the rate became effective. You can verify that rates have been imported using the details on the Exchange Rate History tab.

If you import rates from the European Central Bank, the scheduled job retrieves the latest rates available during the last seven days. If you run the scheduled job, but cannot see updates to the rates in your org, we recommend that you check the rate provider's website to verify that their rates have been updated. If required, you can manually run the scheduled job after the rate provider has updated their data.
