New Features and Enhancements in Intelligence Analytics Summer 2023

The following new features have been introduced in the Summer 2023 release of Intelligence Analytics.

Intelligence Analytics

We have added a new app template named Intelligence Analytics. This app template integrates the artificial intelligence from Einstein Discovery with your financial data to accurately predict future cash flow.

When you create apps using the template, you can choose which of your Financial Analytics apps you want to include. You can also choose the prediction definition of your Einstein Discovery model that you want to apply to the datasets of the Financial Analytics app selected to generate the predictions. The Intelligence Analytics app contains the Financial Transactions - Intelligence dataset and the Cash Flow Forecast - Intelligence dashboard. More information about each item is provided below.

Intelligence Analytics App

Intelligence Analytics leverages your existing Business Analytics app by integrating the business intelligence of Einstein Discovery. When creating an Intelligence Analytics app using the configuration wizard, you are prompted to select the API name of your existing Financial Analytics app and prediction definition.

Financial Transactions - Intelligence Dataset

Once your app is created, it contains a single dataset named Financial Transactions - Intelligence. This dataset contains information from the Financial Transactions dataset and the prediction definition of your Einstein Discovery model to minimize the Days to Pay field.

Each row in the dataset represents a transaction line item.

The Financial Transactions - Intelligence dataset combines the relevant fields from the Financial Transactions and Financial Matching datasets and the prediction definition and joins them to provide you with the estimated days to pay and the estimated payment date for each transaction line item.

Cash Flow Forecast - Intelligence Dashboard

The Cash Flow Forecast - Intelligence dashboard enables you to view and compare two cash flow scenarios. One scenario is based on the due date and the other one is based on the model. It provides you with a detailed forecast of how cash is predicted to move in and out of your companies over a given quarter or period.
