Installing Extension Packages

If you are an administrator you can choose whether to install the following packages.

• PSA Reporting Expansion Pack: The PSA Reporting Expansion Pack package allows users to view reports generated from information in the Salesforce organization. For more information, see Setting up PSA Reports and PSA Reporting Expansion Pack.
• PSA Direct for Jira Extension Package: This extension package allows users to set up, configure, customize, activate, and synchronize information from PSA to Jira or vice-versa. For more information, see the Integrations Help.
