Customizing Page Layouts for PSA Direct for Concur Expense

The PSA Direct for Concur Expense connector adds the Send to Third-Party Application formula field to the Assignment, Expense, Expense Reports, and Project objects. For more information on how the formulas are calculated for each field, see Synchronizing Information Using the Default Third-Party Expenses Application Formula Fields.

During the setup process, you might want to add these fields to the relevant page layout. Alternatively, you can choose to create your custom checkbox or formula fields to determine which records are synced to Concur. For example, you might want to have a checkbox field on the Project object named Sync with Concur. This would allow your users to manually select which projects are available in Concur. In this case, you should:

  • Add the custom fields to the appropriate layouts. For more information on changing page layouts, see Salesforce Help.
  • Change the relevant settings in the PSA Direct for Concur Expense Settings tab. For more information, see Configuring the PSA Direct for Concur Expense Settings.
