Here is a description of the fields (in alphabetical order) that make up a headcount.
| Field Name | Description |

| Headcount Name | A unique system-generated headcount name. |
| Salary Increment Date | The date when the salary increment is effective for all the employees. The salary increment date must be valid to save the budget line. |
| Start Date | The new employee start date in the organization. |
