Data Sources

In XL Plus, you can connect to reports from Salesforce, Reporting, Action Views, or Analytics.

The following conditions apply:

• You must have permission to view the selected reports in your org.
• Report names must be unique.
• Reporting report names must start with letters, not numbers.
• Salesforce reports must be custom reports held in your personal folder.
• Salesforce reports must be tabular.
• You must enable Analytics in your org to use Analytics as a data source.
• Analytics lenses must be compare table lenses. Other lens types are not available in XL Plus.
