Adding and Editing Work Events
To add a work event to the work event calendar:
- Double-click or drag the relevant time slot in the work event calendar on the project record. The Edit Event window opens.
- Complete the fields in the Edit Event window. The attendees are limited to the contacts that you have selected in the filters panel.
To create an online meeting, select the type of meeting, such as Microsoft Teams, from the Meeting drop-down list. When the work event invite is accepted, the meeting link is displayed in the work event.
- Click Save.
An invite is sent to the relevant contacts, and the work event details are added to their calendars.
Editing Work Events
To edit a work event in the work event calendar, do one of the following:
- Double-click the work event, and then:
- Update the relevant fields in the Edit Event window.
- Click Save.
- Click the work event, and then:
- Click in the work event details window.
- Update the relevant fields in the Edit Event window.
- Click Save.
- Right-click the work event, and then:
- Click in the drop-down menu.
- Update the relevant fields in the Edit Event window.
- Click Save.
The work event details are updated on the work event calendar, and on the invited contacts' calendars.
Deleting Work Events
To delete a work event in the work event calendar:
- Click the work event. The work event details window opens.
- Click .
The work event is deleted from the work event calendar and the invited contacts' calendars.
Work Event Issues
If a work event is not pushed to a contact's external calendar, contact your administrator to resolve the issue. When the issue is resolved, you must delete the work event and recreate it.
