You enter data in PSA in the same way as Salesforce pages. You can enter data in any of the major tabs, or import your data.
Required fields are marked in red on editable pages. All other fields are optional and you can leave them blank.
If your administrator has enabled inline editing, you can edit fields directly on a detail page.
After you enter and edit data, click Save to record your changes.
